Blurt It Out!!

Exploring Penang

Posted on: May 22, 2014

I hv been wanting to write abt penang as reference for those who want to visit penang. So, here’s a start.

I had desserts with husband earlier tonight at china house. We love the ambience of the cafe and with more than 10 types of cake to select from, you are spoilt for choices! We chose chocolate pistachio tonight and their homemade mint tea. The cake was moist, i dont like dry cakes and the tea is superb! I could taste the freshness of the mint leaves.

China house is in georgetown, pls google for exact location. It is not halal certified as they serve alcohol but i asked the staff n they said the cakes doesnt hv alcohol, forgot to ask abt their tiramisu though.

Anyway, it us a great place to lepak with nice drinks and yummy cakes! We will surely return soon 🙂

Then husband n i decided to check out penang street arts at armenian street. The place is empty at night! Totally worth it as during the day it was so packed with people, u hv to wait to take photo with the arts.

Anyway, we saw some along the armenian street but couldn’t find others. Maybe it’s between the small lane. It was interesting nonetheless.
I think penang street art bring in new meaning to graffiti or street art in msia. It surely does become another reason to visit penang!

Had a great night today. Danish sleep early tonight hence why we got a chance to have a date.
